1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Neon Unlimited Signs offers a 1 year limited warranty on all UL® residential and commercial signs. These signs are guaranteed to be free of defects for 1 year after you receive the sign. We warranty the sign to work properly, but do not warranty for broken glass. This warranty excludes all beer and bar/room signs. If your sign arrives with broken glass you must contact Neon Unlimited Signs within 5 days of receipt. In the event that this occurs, a replacement sign will be shipped to you at no charge to you. The replacement sign will be under warranty for 1 year after you receive it.

If a replacement is issued, Neon Unlimited Signs will not be held responsible for any fees associated with loss of time, loss of use of your neon sign, inconvenience, property damage caused by the sign, its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damage.

The warranty does not cover breakage of glass resulting from events outside of the control of Neon Unlimited Signs or defects outside of our control. Events outside of the control of Neon Unlimited Signs include but are not limited to changes, unauthorized repair, failure to follow directions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

Neon Unlimited Signs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
