Business Neon Sign Policy

 Most Business neon signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the inner box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately. If the sign does not light, do not break the seal on the inner box or remove the sign room the inner box or you will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occur during shipping.

NEON BEER SIGN (Gameroom) POLICY

- Our policy for Neon Beer signs states that we do not accept returns or refunds on our neon beer signs. All signs are guaranteed to arrive unbroken.

- You must report any breakage to us within 24 hours of delivery of your neon beer (gameroom) sign.

- Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.

- You are agreeing that should your sign sustain any damage during transit that Neon Unlimited Signs will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.

- Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Neon Unlimited Signs.

- All Neon Beer Signs & Bar/Game room signs carry a 90 day warranty.

 Neon Business signs not in stock usually take about 3-5 business days to make and are then shipped out via UPS or FedEx ground.

 Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.
